How To Have Great Relationships?
 

a. Proverbs 12:18
Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

Encouraging words. No sarcastic words, careless jokes etc.

b. Proverbs 11:9
With his mouth the godless destroys his neighbor, but through knowledge the righteous escape.

The biggest weapon is your mouth.

c. Proverbs 16:28
A perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends.

Gossip separates close friends. If you have any problems, be open to that person.

d. Proverbs 10:32
The lips of the righteous know what is fitting, but the mouth of the wicked only what is perverse.

You got to know what is fitting to say to the other brother or sister. Know what to say and when.

e. Proverbs 15:1
A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

We need to be gentle the way we speak even when challenging. Gentle challenges are more acceptable. Generous gifts.

f. Proverbs 18:1
An unfriendly man pursues selfish ends; he defies all sound judgment.

Are you giving by nature or selfish?

g. Proverbs 11:25
A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

The more you give, the more refreshed you will be. You got to go to the extent of doing anything to refresh your friends. Cards, tea, ice creams etc.,

h. Proverbs 18:16
A gift opens the way for the giver and ushers him into the presence of the great.

Even a small gift will make a difference. It will build.

i. Proverbs 15:30
A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones.

People want to see a smiling face. Be a giver not a taker. Everlasting forgiveness.

j. Proverbs 10:12
Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers over all wrongs.

If you have bad attitudes it will cause divisions. Many fall away because of bad attitudes. Love will cover the wrong.

k. Proverbs 12:16
A fool shows his annoyance at once, but a prudent man overlooks an insult.

If you get insulted overlook it.

l. Proverbs 13:10
Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advice.

Pride can create a lot of tension. Sometimes when we are challenged we battle in our hearts to take it, that is pride.

m. Proverbs 17:9
He who covers over an offense promotes love, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends.

If you forgive and forget never bring it up again.

n. Matthew 6:14-15
14 For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
15 But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.


If you have bad attitudes and you leave the church you will go to Hell.
